Yogurt Making Workshop

Make Your Own Yogurt (a two-part workshop)
On Monday February 3rd and Tuesday February 4th, Tess Southern and Patty Catalano will be doing a workshop on making your own yogurt as part of the Warming Up to Winter series sponsored by the Friends of the Library at the Cazenovia Public Library in the library's Community Room.
Participants will learn the easy art of making yogurt from store-bought, pasteurized milk using a few simple tools found around the home and one cup of store-bought plain yogurt for starter.
This program is free and open to the public; all supplies will be provided. Registration is requested; please call 315.655.9322.
