A series of workshops to help you learn new or refresh your home food preservation techniques. There will be four sessions (one per month) focusing on high acid canning, cheesemaking, jams, and low acid canning.
Session 1 will include a demonstration of high acid canning (tomatoes), with a group discussion.
Session 2 will include a demonstration on homemade cheesemaking, with a group discussion.
Session 3 will include a demonstration of jam making, with a group discussion.
Session 4 will include a demonstration of low acid canning (beans and/or carrots), with a group discussion.
