Farmland for a New Generation New York helps farmers seeking land and landowners wanting to keep their land in farming. Farmland for a New Generation New York supports a network of Regional Navigators, or partner organizations with dedicated staff, that provides training and on-the-ground customized support for farmers and landowners in regions across New York.

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County, along with agricultural service providers across NYS, are engaging in efforts to encourage continued agricultural use of productive land in the region.
