The mission of Cornell Cooperative Extension 4-H Youth Development is to create supportive learning environments in which diverse youth and adults reach their fullest potential as capable, competent and caring citizens.
4-H Strategic Initiative Statement:
Optimize 4-H capacity to act as a hub to facilitate 4-H club and volunteer leadership efforts. Develop affirmative relationships, 4-H infrastructure and 4-H program/project practices that facilitate the ability of 4-H staff, 4-H club leaders, 4-H youth, Cornell Cooperative Extension Madison County programs and 4-H community partners to work together to meet 4-H mission and programmatic goals.
Project Name: 4-H Communications Project
Project Description: Establish and implement effective 4-H internal communications system. At minimum, the system will include improvements to the 4-H web presentation, a web-based communications portal and a web-based events calendar.
